WYLD Strengths Workshop: Leading Through Talent 

Vandana Allman and Allyson Horne of WYLD Leadership will guide you in a Strengths workshop designed to bring out your most powerful traits. During this session, you will learn how to name, claim, tame, and aim your strengths for improved performance, energy sustainability, and well-being. 
Plan for a healthy mixture of science, data, partner chats, solo reflection time, and a new way to understand the unique gifts you bring.   
We intentionally share as little as possible about our sessions so you can take a vacation from your “need to know brain” (where most of us spend the majority of our time) to encourage beginner’s mind and a sense of play.

Overview of Momentum’s Strengths Workshop with WYLD
1)         Pre-Workshop: CliftonStrengths Assessment - 34 strengths unlocked, included with registration
2)         Strengths Workshop: Introduction, Breakout Groups, & Share out
3)         Sustainability & Closing: Strengths Cocktail Hour

When registering, please select one of the lunch options below:
DELUXE BOX LUNCH INCLUDES: Whole sandwich/wrap with housemade salad, chips, pickle and a mini dessert  
Select one of the following: 
Oven roasted thin sliced turkey, avocado, sprouts, sliced tomato, red onion and crisp bacon on seven-grain bread

Lettuce, tomato slices, cucumbers, avocado, sprouts, red onion, fresh milk mozzarella, grilled zucchini and dijon mustard served on seven-grain or spinach wrap
Whole grain wrap with all natural, antibiotic free chicken, roasted broccoli, spiced edamame, peanuts, cucumber, rice noodles, fresh cabbage, carrots, cilantro, scallions, chow mein noodles, romaine lettuce served with Asian Vinaigrette

Deli-sliced black forest ham, swiss cheese, dijonnaise and lettuce on gluten free bread
